With Secret's Gel-Bac, the user can start up or maintain their pond filter. The user applies this gel to the filter, preferably directly to the filter material. The user should then switch off the UV-C unit for 48 hours to allow the bacteria to adhere.

100ml. Gel-Bac is suitable for 1,000 liters of water, so 1000ml. is suitable for 10,000m3 of pond volume.

Gel-Bac consists of live bacteria specially developed for starting and maintaining the biological filter. The nitrification process ensures that harmful substances are neutralized. This gel is specially developed for filter systems; because it is a gel, it adheres directly to the filter material and shortens the filter's start-up time.

A process that normally takes 6-8 weeks can now be shortened to 2-4 weeks. This product is 100% natural, contains no chemicals, and is free of pathogens.

The pond must meet the following values:

• Ammonia: <0.15 mg/l (NH3)
• pH value: 7-8
• Nitrite: <0.15 mg/l (N02)
• GH value: 8-12
• Oxygen: <60-100% (02)

The user can use a pond test kit for this purpose.
