On the bottom of the pond, bottom sludge accumulates due to food residues, excrement, and fallen leaves. This can lead to water acidification, the formation of anaerobic (oxygen-depleted) zones, the growth of harmful bacteria, putrefaction processes, a decrease in carbonate hardness and pH value, disruption of the nitrification process, and clogging of the pump or bottom drain.

Secret slib-away* increases the oxygen content of the pond water and brings sludge and dirt directly to the surface, where they can be removed with a net or via the skimmer. The oxygen-rich water will reduce stress among fish and make them less susceptible to diseases.

Usage: Sprinkle 30 g/1000 litres of pond water on the areas with bottom dirt and dead plant and algae residues.

Please note! Do not use Secret slib-away at pH values above 8.5. Repeat if necessary, but always allow 3 days between treatments.
If KH value is lower than 3, first increase with Secret KH+
If GH value is lower than 6, first increase with Secret GH+.
